Small repairs and full renovations
What we handle:
- Small repairs: dripping tap, tap replacement, connecting a washing machine or dishwasher, replacing a toilet or sink. Usually done in a single visit.
- Blocked drain: mechanical and manual cleaning
- Bathroom renovation: complete water, heating, and waste pipes
- Radiator replacement: new radiators, thermostatic valves, and heads
- Water mains connections and fire-protection piping

How much does a plumber cost in Prague
Prices for small jobs:
- Call-out fee: 600 CZK
- First hour of work: 800 CZK
- Each additional half-hour: 400 CZK
- VAT: 12 % (21 % for non-residential premises)
- Materials invoiced separately, no mark-up
For comparison: the going market rate for a plumber in Prague ranges from 250 CZK (basic plumber) through 600–800 CZK (heating engineer) up to 1 000 CZK and more (gas engineer or emergency call-out).
