Restaurant Pribram — New Heating System from Boiler to Radiators
Challenge
A restaurant in Pribram had an old boiler, unreliable pipes, and gas bills that were climbing faster than the prices on the menu. The owner needed a complete heating system replacement. But a restaurant can't afford to shut down for a week. Guests need warmth, the kitchen has to keep running, and staff can't be serving in winter jackets.
Solution
We scheduled the work so the restaurant could resume full operations as quickly as possible. We installed a new condensing boiler — more efficient than the old atmospheric one, with lower gas consumption. We replaced all radiators with modern units that deliver better heat output, and rebuilt the flue routes. The pipework was done in press-fit copper — fast and clean installation, ideal for a space where food is being prepared and served.
Result
The restaurant now heats more efficiently and at lower cost. The condensing boiler captures heat from flue gases that the old boiler was simply venting outside. The new radiators distribute warmth better throughout the space, and guests enjoy a comfortable temperature from the entrance to the last table. And the owner enjoys lower gas bills.
