Solution
We replaced every single pipe in the flat. For the water supply and heating, we chose the ALPEX system — multilayer piping that combines the advantages of plastic and metal. It is flexible during installation, resistant to corrosion, and has a lifespan of over 50 years. For the drainage, we used HT material, which is chemically resistant and quiet. We overhauled the entire flat turnkey — from the riser connections to the last run to the tap.
