District Court Nymburk — Boiler Room Reconstruction, 300 kW
Challenge
The District Court in Nymburk had a boiler room that had long outlived its useful life. The outdated equipment no longer met efficiency or safety requirements. And because this is a public institution, you can't just swap out a boiler. You need complete documentation, inspection reports, and flawless coordination with the court's operations.
Solution
We carried out a complete reconstruction of the boiler room's technical core. We installed new Junkers boilers with a total output of 300 kW — sufficient for the entire building with capacity to spare. We fitted a Siemens Kotelnik fault signalling system that automatically reports any issue before it becomes an emergency. Distribution pipes were done in welded steel for heating, and PPR with HT for water supply and drainage.
Result
The court now has a modern boiler room that runs reliably and monitors itself. The Siemens Kotelnik system sends alerts at any deviation, so the building manager no longer needs to check the boiler room in person. The entire project was completed without a single day of disruption to the court's operations. And the documentation? Complete, exactly as a public institution demands.
